Important Note
We do not charge our clients for the insurance damage report. However, we do ask that you consider us as the preferred contractor to repair the damages. In return, we will waive the reporting fee. If you choose not to use our services for the repairs, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 7% of the total settlement amount for the report and our services. This fee will be deducted from the settlement check.
